I build things that last — and I make sure they're built right. Twenty-three years across Saudi Arabia and Egypt, on projects worth SAR 200M+, as Main Contractor, Consultant, and Third-Party QA/QC.
Most engineers see construction from one side. I've seen it from all three. On the contractor side, I've managed villas, schools, and infrastructure with full P&L accountability. On the consultant side, I've certified SAR 74M in ministry invoices, identified SAR 3.2M in overcharges, and recovered 3 months of schedule delay.
On the audit side — where I am now — I've closed 150+ NCRs on NEOM mega-packages without a single critical escape at handover. This multi-perspective experience is what makes my quality programs work: rigorous enough for international audits, practical enough for site teams.
That's why my numbers look the way they do: 98% NCR closure, 99.5% first-time test acceptance, 25% rework cost reduction. I hold ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (CQI-IRCA), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and have completed PMP preparation.
My technical scope covers earthworks, structural concrete, roads, buildings, drainage, and utilities. I'm currently open to senior roles across the Gulf — QA/QC, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Resident Engineer.
Eleven projects spanning 23+ years across NEOM, ministries, residential compounds, schools, and infrastructure programs — totaling SAR 200M+ in delivered value across Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Witnessed 500+ field and laboratory tests across earthworks, concrete works, roads, and buildings with 99.5% first-time acceptance.
Third-party quality oversight on NEOM Spine road network and earthworks. RD 17-E dual carriageway, Highway 8784 Upgrade Works at Spine-2, plus Spine Earthworks Lots 10.4 (CH 78+000 to 80+000), 10.5 (CH 80+000 to 82+500), and 10.6 (CH 82+500 to 86+000).

My methodology comes from 23 years of doing this work — and learning what actually drives the numbers that matter.
The best time to catch a quality problem is before the concrete pours. I review method statements, ITPs, and shop drawings with the mindset of an auditor — so the work gets it right the first time.
If it isn't measured, it didn't happen. NCR closure rate, first-time pass percentage, rework cost — these numbers drive my decisions and give stakeholders honest visibility.
A project isn't delivered until the dossier is closed, as-builts are accepted, and the punch list is at zero. That's where reputation is made — or lost. I close out cleanly, every time.
